The lunch begins with a delightful selection of starters, crafted to whet the appetite. The Carrot & Coriander Soup with freshly baked bread offers classic comfort, while the Beef & Guinness Croquette delivers a rich blend of flavour with sweet potato purée, hazelnut crumb, herbs & jus.

Seafood lovers will enjoy the Oak Smoked Salmon, paired with horseradish cream, cucumber, fennel & apple salad. For a lighter vegetarian option, the Halloumi, Avocado & Heritage Tomato Salad, with almonds, baby leaves, basil & balsamic, offers a refreshing start.
